Stepping Stones - Health & Wellness

The caring relationship between Lucy and Ralph Frank is a reminder of how love, communication and commitment can nourish the soul.

Living on the West Coast of Canada, their lives have been profoundly influenced by the healing traditions of the First Nations Peoples. Their personal healing journey has also taken them to an Ayurvedic clinic in India, living and studying Vipassana Meditation for 3 months in traditional Buddhist temples in Thailand and time with a Toltec healer in Mexico. They are now called to share these gifts with others.

They utilize body-mindfulness, emotional expression and respect for spiritual traditions for the deepening of self-exploration. Their work is a delightful expression of their passionate skills and imaginative solutions.

Ralph has been a Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia, Canada for many years, operating his own private psychotherapy clinic. He is presently working with traumatized children in an Aboriginal Health Centre in Nanaimo, B.C.

He incorporates meditation, breathwork, visualization, yoga, qigong, and physical treatments into a gentle mind-body approach. He is known for his ability to help people develop inspired and successful solutions for overcoming difficult life challenges.

He has practiced and taught meditation, tai chi and qigong. Ralph recently wrote a book, Illness is Not for the Faint of Heart about his long encounter with Lyme disease, and the personal lessons that he has learned about the art of healing.
